Resort Policies:
Policies are to ensure the enjoyment of all guests. Please note:
Booking Deposit
A $200.00 deposit is required within 15 days of making a reservation to secure it.
Methods of payment are personal cheques, money orders, or credit cards over the phone (VISA, Mastercard).
Cancellations
If necessary, reservations may be cancelled, with a refund provided, if we are able to rent the cottage for that time slot. A cancellation fee will be applied.
Check In/Check Out
Check in is after 2 PM, at the Store.
Balance of rental payment is due upon arrival.
Check out time is by no later than 9 AM.
Pets
We apologise for any inconvenience, however, no are pets permitted.
Also please note:
No excessive noise is allowed after 11 PM.
No storage of gasoline is permitted on the premises due to insurance company policy. This may be purchased at the marina.
Guests are responsible for any damage to property.
Guests are responsible for their childrens behaviour.
The Management is not responsible or liable for any missing articles, accidents or personal injury.
